Carbon Coco – Sweet Mint Activated Charcoal Tooth Polish – Review

Hi lovelies,

How are you all doing? I hope you are all having an amazing week!!

Today’s blog post is about something that helps make your teeth whiter, in a more natural way!

It’s a product from Carbon Coco. You can visit their website which showcases all of their products, they even offer great combo deals. Find out more from their website –

A few months ago I had reviewed the original carbon coco teeth whitener. You can read all about it right here – Carbon Coco – Teeth Whitening – An Honest Review !

However, this time I tried out the Sweet Mint Activated Charcoal Tooth Polish! And I just want to say from the start, that I prefer this one than the other because this has such a sweet mint flavour!! I love it!! This is available for A LIMITED TIME ONLY!!

Before I start, I would like to thank Carbon Coco for sending this out to me for me to try out!! I really appreciate it!!

Let me tell you guys what it includes first!

This Sweet Mint Tooth Polish is just like the original with active charcoal which helps in naturally whitening your teeth. It absorbs stain-causing debris and bacteria and removes stains without any toxic ingredients! It also helps in providing good oral hygiene and prevents bad breath!! The only difference than the original one, is that it has an added sweet mint flavour to increase the fresh mouth feel!

How do you use it?

Step 1 – Wet your toothbrush and damp it lightly into the carbon coco jar and tap off the excess

Step 2 – Brush your teeth for three minutes (I always like doing a timer on me phone – fun fact you should be brushing your teeth for three minutes!!)

Step 3 – After brushing for three minutes, spit out and rinse all that carbon coco away!

Step 4 – Brush your teeth and for best results, use at night followed by Activated Charcoal Toothpaste!!

My thoughts …

In my opinion I LOVE this. It is such an easy, quick and natural way to whiten your teeth. I noticed results immediately however, your teeth will get whiter and whiter every time you use it. I like doing it 2 – 3 times a week at night before I go to sleep! I notice that when I rinse it out I am left with some bits in between my teeth but don’t worry those will be gone maybe not as soon as you rinse it off initially but by the next time I wash my teeth the bits are gone!!

One thing I struggle with is when the product gets fall in the sink when it comes to rinsing it off it kind of gets a little messy. But apart from that I love it and have loved incorporating Carbon Coco into my routine!!

What do you guys think? Have you tried this out or any other teeth whitening products? Let me know in the comments down below!!

Thank you so much for reading and thank you all for your support!!

Testing Out NEW Golden Rose Makeup Products

Hi everyone,

How’s it going? Here is my first ever video taken in my new little room back in Scotland. How am I adjusting you might say? Well, not bad actually. I am loving the greenery, the fresh air and well maybe not the weather but all in all, I am doing ok!

Today’s blog post is all about some new GOLDEN ROSE products that were gifted to me from Beauty Cosmos Malta which is a cute shop filled with a variety of Golden Rose makeup products in Fgura. Definitely give it a visit if you would like to try out some of these products.

The products mentioned were –

CC Cream Color Correcting Primer in Violet and Yellow – €14.75

The yellow primer is for correcting and neutralising purple/blue tones and correcting any redness on your skin. It prepares your base for a flawless makeup application.  I personally love this over the Violet one as my skin has quite a bit of redness going to it!

The violet primer neutralises dull yellow undertones and it’s good for medium skin tones and again prepares the base for a flawless makeup application.

Both primers help in smoothing, evening and brightening skin tones and hiding dullness and dark spots. I think they do a perfect job in hiding any imperfections you have got going on also.

They contain a Pure Moisturiser Complex and Vitamin E. They also have SPF 30 which is perfect for your skin and no parabens are added. They can be used alone or under foundation.

Contour Kabuki Brush €11.00

The brush is designed in the shape of a S shape and that means it is perfect to sculpt and contour with. It helped me quite a bit as I am no master of the contour technique.

It blended out the shades perfectly and the shape helps me figure out where is it that I need to place my contour!

Stylist Duo Liner 2 in 1 Eyeliner Pen €8.50

This eyeliner pen has two tips that allow for the perfect liner look! Both sides are pigmented and are deep black. The pen is said to be smudge proof and made up of a longwear liquid formula.

I have used this pen with both sides multiple times and I love it! It lasts all day and just glides on so smoothly. It has a semi-matte finish and it is enriched with Aloe Vera and Vitamins.

Both the tips allow for the perfect liner look.

The thin tip in the Tulip Shape is made of a flexible felt-tip in the shape of a tulip and it allows for an easy application.

The ball tip which has a round shape is a flexible felt tip in the shape of a ball and this shape allows for an easy classic eyeliner look, perfect for beginners.

I first use the Thin Tip and then go over it with the ball tip to finalise my look and to make sure that the line is straight.

Smokey Lashes Mascara – Defining Volume and Intensely Black €7.50

This mascara is said to add volume and fullness to the lashes. However, I believe that it lengthens them mostly and separates them ever so evenly.

It is smudge proof and has a quick dry formula with a unique soft fiber brush.

Soft Kiss Lip Marker Flocky Tip  – Kiss Proof and smudge proof with Vitamin E and Aloe Vera – Shade 01, 05 – €8.50

I love how most of these products have vitamins and Aloe Vera!! Now I must say that I am not a fan of lip markers in general. These ones provide us with a lip stain that when applied feels so refreshing on the lips and lasts so long. I love shade 05, it has a such a cute rich red shade!

What I also like about these is that you could use these lip markers before applying regular lipsticks or lipglosses to make them last longer!

Matte Lip Crayon Shade 23 and 25 – €6.25

I love these matte lip crayons. They are so easy and creamy to apply. Shade 23 is such a gorgeous red shade, perfect for the Christmas time!

I really recommend these if you are like me and love matte lipsticks!

Have you ever tried any of these products? Comment down below!!

I would like to thank Beauty Cosmos Malta once again for these products!!!

Thank you so much for reading!!

Hi everyone,

Boy I haven’t written here in a while. I miss it so much. I should be posting a couple of blog posts in the coming week. . . So STAY TUNED!!

I hope you all had a lovely Easter! Mine was spent in London with my mum so yes expect a Primark Haul soon!

Today’s video is all about some NEW MUA products that recently came out. I bought them a while ago and managed to film a video for you guys. This was my First Impressions of the products as before having filmed this video I never tried them out! I created this look with copper pink eyes and rosey dark pink lips.

Screen Shot 2017-04-22 at 11.20.13

I noticed that MUA have recently came out with some other NEW products! I am so wanting to get my hands on them and am so disappointed that I didn’t notice them in Superdrug while on holiday!!

Here are the products mentioned in the video and also a little written summary of my after thoughts –

Face Products –

I love using this powder to set my overall foundation. Yes it is a little too powder-y but it does the job in setting all your face products and settling them down nicely. When taking pictures I find that my face doesn’t come looking as white as can be therefore there isn’t any flashback. I prefer however, using this only to set my under eye concealer rather than applying it all over my face.

Finally, this is a bargain as you get a lot of product for only £4!

This is the product I prefer to set my overall face products with rather than the fine loose setting powder. It doesn’t move my foundation all around and the blush, bronzer and highlight settle down nicely on this product. This is a great product and is very affordable at only £4!

I did not use this product on camera however I did use it after. Besides there only being half of the product in the tub it is an okay primer to start off your makeup look. It doesn’t make my skin red and helps in decreasing the look of my pores. It isn’t shiny as well!

However, again I did not like that the product came half empty and it was £5! I don’t think I would buy this product again!

  • MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighters –

I love these highlighters. I have others in my collection and would like to get the other new shades that they recently came out with as well (Peach Diamond, Ice Sparkle, Pearlescent Sheen) . They create a bright highlight across your cheekbone which can be seen a mile away. I love how they don’t emphasise any lines or pores on your skin but settle nicely on my face. I absolutely love these highlighters and they are also so affordable at £3 each!

Screen Shot 2017-04-22 at 11.20.05
From Left to Right – Rosewood Glimmer, Golden After Glow, Golden Scintillation

I showed the following shades in my video –
Golden After Glow  – literally a golden glimmer highlight!
Rosewood Glimmer – a rosey/pinky/pinkred, original highlight!
Golden Scintillation – a softer and lighter yellow golden glimmer highlight!

  • Illumination Highlight Kits

MUA also released two illumination Highlight Kits. The first I totally dig as even though the highlights are quite light they still come up as very natural on my skin. The second kit I think is for those who have darker skin tone as some shades are more like a contour, bronze and dusky rose shade rather then a highlight for us fair kinda gals. But I think they would look amazing on those who darker skin tones and want a natural looking highlight!

The shades are powders and matte and can be layered together to create an effortless highlight. These palettes however are a little bit pricey for £6 but you do get 6 different shades so I guess a £1 for each!

MUA Luxe Radiant Illumination Highlight Kit 1

MUA Luxe Radiant Illumination Highlight Kit 2

Eye Products –

This eyeshadow palette was so difficult to work with. The shades are all shimmer-y and are so difficult to pat onto your eyelid. I used that one ember shade all over my eyelid and I do not know how many times I had to go back and forth and add more product for me to be completely happy with the end result.

In the end I did get a good enough look however, I would not buy this palette again. I loved using the palest of shades to highlight with but that’s it! I guess for the price being £3.50 you really don’t get much from this product.

Lip Products –

  • MUA Velvet Lip Lacquers –

You all know how much I love these velvet lip lacquers! They were the first matte liquid lipsticks I ever bought and applied onto my lips! I love them, some colours are misses but some are amazing! I will be doing a separate video showing you lip swatches of each of these shades .. so STAY TUNED for that!

From Left to Right –
Panache  – Wine Red Shade
Curious –  Dark Purple Shade

Euphoria – Light Pink Shade
Elegance – Dark Rosey Pink Shade

Sizzle – Perfect Orange Red Shade
Gravity – Pink Nude Shade

Thank you so much for reading! I would love to hear your thoughts of these products. Have you ever tried them? Would you like to if you haven’t? Comment down below!!

Happy weekend!

Sweet Sparkle – Naughty or Nice Unboxing

Hi everyone,

So yes today is Thursday and I am a little tardy – by a day – of posting a blog post related to the video that I uploaded on Youtube yesterday!

But …. it still is here just 24 hours later.

Today’s video is the Sweet Sparkle Unboxing of the December box! I know I am so late having already received the January box. Although I am thinking that for the January box I will only do a blog post related to it!

The December box is a definite hit for me unlike the November one.

I simply love what we received and am so happy with what we got!

The products mentioned –

L.A Colors Day to Night Eyeshadow Palette

Now the colour choice is a good one as you can create a number of looks with them. However, they are not at all easy going when it comes to blending them out! Beauty Lovestruck Blusher & Bronzer in Babe

I absolutely love this blush and bronzer combo! I have reached for this product a number of times ever since I filmed this video. You have to be so careful to not apply a lot and try and blend it as fast as possible as it does tend to stick to one place if you apply it wrongly/too much!

Kasina Professional Fake Eyelashes – 100 % Human Hair with Tapered Ends

OMG!! You guys know my struggle when it comes to false lashes! But these didn’t give me that sense of impatience and anger rather the opposite! I used my lash glue from Ardell and simply applied them correctly in one try! SUCCESS!

LA Girl Flat Velvet Matte Lipstick in Runway

This shade is just gorgeous!! I love this so much !! Even though I do not like the shape of the bullet lipstick as it makes it difficult to apply I still love it nonetheless! You do have to be careful with darker colours as they can be sheer and patchy but this didn’t give me much trouble either! Love how it settled onto my lips!

Bella Piere Cosmetics Clear Eye liner Base

I don’t really know the exact job of this eyeliner but its supposed to make the job of applying eyeliner easier. Now I don’t know if it was because the black eyeliner was good but it was a piece of cake to do some winged eye liner!

Bella Piere Cosmetics Noir Eye Liner

As I said above, the eyeliner went on perfectly and I really love how black this product is! It isn’t sheer just jet black so to say!! I love it!

The look I created using these products!

So as you can see the products this month were a cuppa tea when compared to the November ones!!

I can already tell you that the January products are a hit however I did not try them! But I really think I will like them!!

Let me know in the comments down below whether I should do a blog post about the January box or a video !!

Have you tried the Sweet Sparkle subscription? Have you tried any of the products?

Thank you so much for reading!!

3INA Makeup Review

Hi everyone,

I am so excited to share with you all today’s video.

Yes I know it is not a Wednesday however I just wanted to upload another video this week.

I don’t know if I shall be changing my video upload days but will see.

So recently, I was invited to attend my first ever MAKEUP LAUNCH PARTY, and I was so EXCITED!! (And nervous but mostly excited!!)

I had so much fun, met so many lovely people and tried out new products.

3INA is a new makeup brand with a difference.

Firstly 3INA is pronounced as ‘Mina’ but the ‘M’ in 3INA is flipped.

Secondly, it is an English and Spanish brand and it was created with an edge.

The brand includes lots of different makeup products – foundations, powders, eyeshadows, eyeliners, lipsticks and many others. Even Nail Polish!!

Each item has a rainbow full of shades with it! Which is pretty cool and unique.

Even when you go into the shop it’s like you have just entered rainbow mania!

I think it is such a unique and positive idea, it not only gives you great products but a lovely experience whilst shopping among all those different shades of colour.

Here are links to 3INA Official Website & Social Media if you want to check them out:

Official Website –
3INA Instagram –
3INA Youtube –…
3INA Facebook Page –

They have stores in:

South Africa

I was kindly given some items to try out.

Here’s my new video showing you all my reaction to trying out the products for the first time –

I ended up doing a whole makeup look using these products 🙂

Products that were mentioned –

3INA – The Blush – Shade number 103

The packaging is super cute and sleek.

The formula of this blush is very creamy and light. The colour I have is a light pink/rose shade. Perfect for when I want a natural looking blush. Easy to blend onto your cheeks.

3INA – The Cream Eyeshadow – Shade number 313

The formula of this cream eyeshadow is amazing, it is so pigmented and creamy. It really does stick to your eyelids, but doesn’t have that sticky/tacky feeling. It is a little hard to take off but I love it.

If you saw the video, I had trouble with applying this because I simply used a flat eyeshadow brush. I would have just used my fingers because I found it easy to blend. But the tub it comes in is so small because I have long nails and didn’t want to make a mess. Nonetheless, it still applied well with a lot of blending.

If you would like to suggest a brush I should use, please let me know in the comments down below.

3INA – The Eyeliner Pencil – Shade number 605

This mint/jade shade I would not normally wear but when I finished the makeup look I actually learnt to love this colour. Who would have thought?

It is creamy and it glides well against my water line which is where I applied it.

3INA – The Colour Mascara – Shade number 100

This metallic grey mascara is perfect if you want to try a coloured mascara and you are not that adventurous to try out bright coloured mascaras.

Because it was a dark metallic grey shade you can’t really tell a lot of difference between this mascara and a normal black one. But when I applied it to the lower lashes where I had the green eyeliner you can see the hints of grey in your lashes.

It applies well, the brush is easy to apply your mascara with all your lashes and most importantly it is not clumpy!!

Here are 2 close up photos of the cream eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara.

3INA – The Longwear Lipstick – Shade number 508

The formula in this lipstick is AMAZING!!!

It was my favourite product that I tried by far. I really want to go again and get some more shades! The formula is soft and it is applied so nicely on the lips. It appears creamy at first however, then it dries completely matte! And it truly is a longwear lipstick – you can eat, drink and it will still be there!

What I love the most about this lipstick is even though it dries matte, it does not feel drying to your lips! My lips still felt moisturised whilst wearing it.

I will definitely be visiting 3INA again and try out new products.

I hope you enjoyed reading my blog post/watching my video 🙂

Happy Saturday

Lip Monthly September 2016 – Review

Hi Lip Lovers,

I usually film my un-baggings of Lip Monthly however this time I felt that it was not really worth doing a video of.

I think the bag actually lacked good products.

Out of the four items I received I only like 2 of the products!

So I thought rather than do an entire video dedicated to this disappointing bag I would just write a small blog post about it.

And because I want to use this blog page more!!

Also, if you haven’t already, I created myself a Facebook page !! Go check it out on !!

Firstly, Lip Monthly is a Lip Subscription bag. You can either subscribe for a monthly or a 4 month or a yearly subscription.

Generally a bag will cost $12.95 per month! This of course may be different depending on which subscription you choose.

Every month you’ll receive a unique bag of 4-5 items from awesome brands such as Stila, Revlon, Glam Natural, Appeal Cosmetics, Jesse’s Girl Cosmetics and more.

Join today using COUPON CODE:

“2FREE” to get 2 months FREE on Annual Subscriptions!
“1STFREE” to get your first month for FREE on 4 Month Subscriptions!
“LIPLOVER” to get your first month for only $5 on Monthly Subscriptions!

Subscribe to Lip Monthly here!

September’s bag actually arrived early, as usually it arrives super late in the month. I was actually surprised that I had gotten it so early especially since I live in Malta.

They ship these bags all the way from America but you can track your bag every month as they provide you with a tracking number.

Every month, we get a different bag, this month looks like it was a purple themed month!

September’s bag retailed for $54.99 – usually they skip the $60 mark.

The products I received were –

ModelCo Lip Liner – Retails for $20

This was the most expensive item in the bag. I really like this lip liner, the formula is creamy and soft. It blends well and gives a nice looking matte finish.

The box I received it with also states that it is a lip enhancer. But I really don’t think it is. It is a nice shade though – lovely nude/beige shade.

It does not have a name, on the packaging it just calls it Illuminating Lip Liner. The packaging is very sleek.

Starlooks Lip Crayon – Retails for $19

When I first saw the shade – I was like what is this?!?! – But then I tried it on and I really liked it.

I think that the formula again is soft and it kind of reminds me of a previous item that we had received in the lip monthly bag of August – the Manna Kadar Lip Crayon.

The colour is a bright lilac/purple shade.

It has a cute name – DUBL BUBL.

JCat Lip Paint – Retails for $4.99

I am not a fan of lip paints or these lip squeeze-y products! The only thing I like about this is the brand’s name as it has the word CAT in it!!

When I swatched it, it actually showed that the formula was not clumpy. It will not dry up but will remain sheer.

Here are the swatches of the 3 lip products –

Shop NCLA Nail Wraps – Retails for $11

I am going to pass this onto a friend as I have acrylic nails on so I cannot really apply them on my fingernails. Neither on my toes cos my toes are not pretty !!

Lip Monthly always sends one product which is not related to lip products. Sometimes it’s for the face or body or hair. But I never received a product for my nails so this was a first off.

They’re cute but I can’t use them, so will have to pass them on. The cool thing about them was that they resembled the bag print we got this month.

It’s not that this month’s bag included bad products, it just wasn’t full of exciting things as previous bags have been. That’s why I am disappointed.

Fingers crossed that October’s bag will be better!

The only thing I can say I am happy was that the bag arrived SUPER EARLY when compared to all the other months I have been subscribed to Lip Monthly!!

Hope you enjoyed reading.

Happy weekend !!

Sun Laboratories Fake Tanners Review

Hi everyone,

How are you all doing?

I have just uploaded my latest video and am here to write about it and share it with my followers on my blog as well as all the wordpress community.

So a few months ago, I received these 3 products from Sun Laboratories. I was truly grateful for them contacting me and sending me these products.

( I took a while to release my video because I had other collabs that needed to be uploaded before but also because I wanted to make sure that I try out the product and see the results and of course give you an honest opinion!)

They were packed and shipped in such an efficient way!

Their website is –

Before starting to write about their products I would like to share with you all a 10% off Coupon Code when purchasing in your next order!

Just type in KEZZIE when it asks if you have a promotion code and you will get 10% off in your next order!

Again I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Sun Laboratories for their lovely service and management!!

So they sent out 3 of their products from their fake tanners range. I would like to state that all three products are PARABEN FREE and all of them are animal cruelty free!!

I was so hesitant to try these products out simply because I never had the opportunity of trying any such product nor was I looking to get a fake tan. I quite like my fair complexion. I am quite fair even though I live in Malta, however I have to admit that I do get a bit darker during the summer months, because if you don’t know Malta, the sun is ALWAYS shining bright like a diamond during these hot months!

Although when I first tan, I don’t tan into that nice bronzed shade but rather that annoying pink/red sunburnt look!

But anyways …. moving on …

From L to R – Exfoliant Body Gel, Ultra Dark Lotion, Ultra Dark Spray

Firstly I tried the Ultra Dark Lotion which retails for $30.

I was so impressed with this product! It comes in a dark brown liquid form substance. The smell of it is not that pleasing but it is an amazing product.

You simply can use a glove which came with the products and you just rub it gently onto your skin. You have to make sure to blend in the product on your skin, or else when you see the tanned effect you would have patches which are darker and some which are lighter. So make sure you blend in the product so that you can get an even complexion and an even finish!

Now this once you apply it I can tell you that you will be seeing the results after only 30 minutes! You will be getting that fake tanned look in so little time.

And also you can go and apply this in the evening and you can go to be with your mind at rest as the fake tan is NOT … I repeat NOT going to transfer on your sheets.

The only annoying thing that you might find is the grotesque smell .. I don’t know how to describe it, like you have jumped into a pool of playdoh… that’s how it smelt like! But don’t worry the smell wares off and after a good shower in the morning you’re good as new!

That’s when I tried out the second product – the Exfoliant Body Scrub that retails for $9. I used this when applying the fake tanner lotion and they go perfectly well together. This has these tiny speckles and it smells minty fresh. It also moisturises your skin ever so nicely. I really like this product and I love how it makes the tan look more naturally.

Part of me was so worried that I would be turning orange however this did not happen! Only to my legs where I had over applied the lotion, therefore you have to be careful of the amount you apply, and to apply the same amount all over your body. Or else like I wrote before, it would come out as uneven!

I was so happy with these 2 products and their effects on my skin! It left with a lovely natural bronzed look!

The final product was the Ultra Dark Spray which retails for $25. This product I have tried and did not like! With sprays I find that it is more difficult to make sure that you are applying equal amounts all over your skin. This resulted in me having patches which were darker than others, this of course I did not like.

Also like the lotion it has a horrible smell. And unlike the lotion, because of the spray I found that it was not that easily blend-able once applied to the skin. So overall was not happy with this product.

Here is my video with my review –

Thank you once again to all of you who have supported my blog/youtube channel!! Thank you so much!

I hope you enjoyed this review and maybe will try out these products!!

Let me know your comments down below if you have ever used any fake tanners and your experiences with them!

Until next time,

Review – L’Oreal Infallible 24 Hour Foundation

Hi lovelies,

Happy Sunday !!

Hope you are having a great one!

Yesterday I uploaded a video on the L’Oreal Infallible 24 Hour Foundation.

This foundation has the following:-

  1. An AIR LIGHT texture with a DEMI MATTE FINISH.
  2. A SUPER GLIDING MATTIFYING FORMULA with a high water content for maximum comfort that lasts.
  3. It contains shine defy blotting spheres that act like blotting paper to mimic makeup artist gestures – instantly absorbing sweat and oil without disturbing color pigments.
  4. Medium Coverage
  5. Comes in 12 shades!!
  6. It promises to hide the appearance of fatigue and blemishes

I love this foundation as it really does not leave your face looking solely matte left without a trace of shine!

The only problem I find with this foundation is that it does tend to Highlight my PORES .. so I have to make sure to blend well and try to hide them as much as possible !!! Since it is a matte foundation it dries quickly, so you have to be QUICK at applying it.

Hope you enjoy watching my video.

And I hope you enjoyed reading my blog post!!

Love Kezzie
