In the following weeks you will see me review some of the7th Heaven Face Masks. They have such a variety of face masks available, all with different beneficial skin ingredients packed inside them
I love applying a face mask once a week and relaxing a little. I think we all need it on our skincare routine!
I never had tried these face masks by 7th Heaven before so I was really excited to try out the first one. I chose the Manuka Honey Peel Off face mask.
A peel off mask is not messy, gentler on the skin and you can relax while it soothes into your skin.
I left the mask on for 30minutes, I then gently pulled it off and rinsed my face. My skin looked so refreshed.
After having peeled off the mask I noticed that my skin looked smoother and fresher. It also peeled off some of my whiteheads – therefore this mask really does thoroughly cleanse my skin.
The main ingredients for this mask were – Aloe Vera, Manuka Honey and Jasmine.
Aloe Vera – This helps people who have an oily skin texture as it moisturises the skin without leaving it feeling greasy.
Manuka Honey– This has lots of antioxidants and besides it reducing signs of ageing it also helps moisturises and soothes the skin. Honey also helps open up any pores, and this makes it easier for the skin to get cleansed and for the pores to become unclogged.
Jasmine – This helps in rejuvenating the skin and it also helps those with dry skin.
I cannot wait to try the other masks!

I got the Algae Face mask from Sephora whilst I was in Rome. I was having a bad skin day and decided to pamper myself a little for the evening.
Each face mask that Sephora provides has a natural lyocell fibre masks, each with skin care benefits.
What it should do –
Each mask has a different active ingredient for relaxing the skin and gather a better and brighter complexion.
The Algae Face Mask helps to detoxify the skin and get rid of any impurities that cause dullness and replace them with a fresh and radiantcomplexion. It does not include any parabens and the products are animal cruelty free.
My thoughts –
After applying the sheet onto my face – something I had never done before – apart from it feeling strange, it actually felt refreshing. I kept it on for around 25 minutes and then took it off.
The first thing I noticed was that it left a shine-y finish; I thought that was because I didn’t need to rinse off the mask. But the shine and oily-ness remained even after hours having applied the mask.
The mask did leave a nice freshened up look on my skin however, I did not like how oily it made my skin. So I guess I wouldn’t choose the algae one again, instead I would choose another type of mask.
