I hope everyone is doing well!! It’s Thursday which means that tomorrow is FRIDAY and hello weekend!! I am exhausted so I cannot wait for some Netflix and Chill over the weekend. But until the weekend comes we still have two more days of the week!
Today’s blogmas post is 5 Gift Ideas for HER. So here is what I personally think a girl would enjoy, I am not going to focus on one area such as makeup but will try and share ideas which are on various interests that a girl might have.
#1 – Instagrammable Letter Board
I have seen them all around instagram, in backgrounds of videos on Youtube and well they just make a photo. And it’s also a nice way where a person can express a quote they love or a feeling they are having and hang it in their room. My mum/nan – mum ordered it from ebay but then nan paid her for it cos she couldn’t find one from Malta – got it for me and I love it!! You can easily find one from Ebay, check it out now!
#2 – Sudio Earphones/Headphones
Sudio is a website that sells earphones and headphones. They are of great quality, wireless and have microphones embedded in them! I have reviewed some of there earphones you can check out my blog post all about them right here – https://kezziescorner.com/2018/10/16/my-thoughts-on-sudio-com-earphones/ So if you know someone who loves listening to music and is in need of new earphones/headphones, I would recommend Sudio! I also have a promo code (I don’t get anything from it, it’s just for you guys!!) you could use to get 15% off your order. Simply enter KezziesCorner at checkout!!
#3 – Jewellery
You can never go wrong with jewellery. Mvintage have some nice options of what you can add to a necklace and lots of lovely pendants. Also, layer necklaces are a thing so maybe you can look into that too as she could have days where she wears one necklace and days where she layers 2 or 3! I think something simple, cute and small such as a necklace is always sweet to receive! Mvintage also have a section on their website for gift ideas so might be cute to check it out here. (P.s. They have a branch opened in Malta at the Point, Sliema)
#4 – Watch
Ok so another cute idea would be getting a girl a watch. I love watches I think they add a statement to the outfit. Mind you I wasn’t always like that! Luke got me a watch and ever since have been wearing one when I go out! And I recently tried out a Daniel Wellington watch and I love it! They have a variety of styled watches that come in the cutest packaging!
#5 – Makeup – Drugstore vs. High End
Ok, so I kind of had to mention this, cos like I am a girl who likes receiving makeup! And I have a few choices she might like this Christmas. If she is someone who enjoys drugstore makeup, Makeup Revolution always have nice gift sets you can check out that your girl/friend might enjoy! Chocolate bar palettes are a good option too if you want to get her some of them too, they are inexpensive but are of good quality. Check out my video where I unboxed some of the latest chocolate bar palettes right here!
Or you can then opt for a high end choice. You can check out toe see what Cult Beauty have but something that may catch a girl’s eye right now is the Huda the New Nude Palette. It’s one of the top palettes being sold on cult beauty at the minute, so yeah you could try that! (Cult Beauty ship to Malta 🙂 )
Ok so those were my Gift Ideas for HER! I really hope you enjoyed reading this and if you have any comments leave them down below!! Thank you so much for reading and for your amazing support!!
How are we all doing? I am back with another blog post this time featuring Catrice. A few weeks ago I was invited to an event where Catrice previewed their Autumn/Winter 2018 collection and am so excited to share it with you all!!
I have made a video where I show you how some products test out so you can check it out right now –
Also, I have a GIVEAWAY open up on my Youtube Channel, it will be open until the 16th September! So be sure to participate!! All the details with regards to the Giveaway are found on the video linked above!!
Onto the products that are found in this new collection this upcoming winter from Catrice!!
As you know Catrice releases different trends including a number of makeup products, this autumn/winter we will be seeing the following trends – (The ones marked with a * are the products I have not tried so I just give a brief explanation of what the products are supposed to be from the information I was given!)
Glow Dewy Glitter – Effect2
This trend seems to include lots of metallic and sparkling products!
The Glitterizer mix n’match eyeshadow palette
I love the packaging of this palette and it brings forward 8 glitter shades that apply so well on the lid, however, I preferred wetting my brush and then applying these shades!
Charming Fairy Lip Glow
This again comes in stunning packaging and has a lovely lilac tint shade which is holographic and translates to a pink shade.
* Liquid Metal Longlasting Cream Eyeshadow *
This is said to be a glitter liquid cream eyeshadow which comes in two shades. Its applicator also offers an easy application of such a glitter product.
Glowdoscope Highlighter palette
I love this cream palette of different highlights. These turn to a powder with a shimmering finish when applied and blend so nicely on the skin without increasing the appearance of textured skin.
Arctic Glow Highlighting Powder
I loved applying this on top of one of the shades of the highlighter palette as can be seen in the video I attached above! It is an iridescent highlighting powder with white, silver and soft violet colour pigments!
#Peeloff Glam easy to remove Effect nail polish
I have now tried one of these shades of peel off nail polishes and they apply so well and allow for an easy removal! As normally glitter polishes are a pain to remove! These come in 4 gorgeous shades as can be seen in the photo!
These products have been created for a, “perfect instalook on – the – go”.
Prime and fine powerless blur primer
I have been using this everyday as my primer and I love its effect. It reminds me of a lighter version of the Benefit Porefessional as its texture is quite similar but quite lighter, whilst the Porefessional has a much heavier texture. Has a lovely smoothing effect and allows for a pore-free complexion. Personally, it just decreases the appearance of pores, but not totally makes them disappear!
The Blazing Bronze Collection Eyeshadow Palette
This palette includes seven shimmering shades from bronze to burgundy. I like palettes which also includes matte shades, however, these shimmering shades I applied some in my crease and they blended out great with a blending fluffy brush as was seen in my video. Therefore, it didn’t bother me that all the shades were shimmer ones!
Lash Couture #Instavolume Lashes
I have tried applying them but I don’t think they are beginner friendly cos they have such a thin lash band so I wasn’t quite too happy with these.
* #Instato Go Blur Stick *
This product is said to visibly erase small flaws such as fine lines and wrinkles on the skin!
Be a Pro
This trend only includes two products and states that, “learning from the pros is easier than ever thanks to social media.” Basically these products will help in creating contemporary looks!
*Brow comb Designer Pro*
This product is said to help create short, thin lines and fills in the brows so naturally. This will come in three shades, medium brown, warm brown and ash brown.
Light Illusion Loose Powder
I loved using this to set my under eye concealer. Even though it is a yellow loose powder it added a nice brightness and I wasn’t left with yellow skin!
ATHBEAUTY – XXX Proven
I think this is my favourite trend out of them all! Basically it states, “performance products for strong women who like to live life to the full!” I love that !!
Prime and Fine Multi-Talent Fixing Spray
I loved this fixing spray, I used it to prime my skin and my makeup lasts all day and you can also use it to refresh your skin and look! Sprays out nicely and has a lovely scent to it!
I did not try this but it’s found in my giveaway! Be sure to participate loves! This comes in five different shades from lilacs to pinks and purples! They are sweat proof and perfect for ladies who are on the go as can be easily applied!
Eye foundation Waterproof Eyeshadow primer
I never prime my lids except with concealer but using this helped the eyeshadow shades pop more, blend in easier and last longer!
I love the blush I tried which was the berry shade blended in so nicely! There are six different shades from pinks to a burgundy shade! Cute!
Brow Colorist Semi-Permanent Brow Mascara
This brow mascara will help make your brows darker every time you use it!! Comes in three different shades – light, medium and dark.
Basically this trend should mimic the world now moving onto the major use of social networking and social media. And these products complement this lifestyle and attitude.
*Light Correcting Serum Primer*
Kathleen Lights tried this and loved it! So it must be a good product haha! Basically this primer is said to help build a sun-kissed complexion!
The Little Black One Volume Mascara
This comes in two shades – Like Jackie and Like Holly Golightly. I think one is darker than the other. I tried the Jackie one and I love the brush of it as it grips the lashes so tightly which helps volumise and lengthen them easily!
Dewy-ful lips conditioning lip butter
These are such cute lip butters which provides care and shine to your lips! This comes in 4 shades and their names are so cute! You I DEW!, Let’s DEW This!, Dr.DEW little and DEW you care?
*Iconails gel lacquer*
This is a nail polish formula with a gel shine finish and maximum durability.
Blurred Lines (Limited Edition end of September-end of October 2018)
This trend edition came from the countless filters and apps we use to turn our selfies into works of art! Therefore, these products are said to do what these apps potentially do and that is blur your skin! Hence the title, blurred lines! At least that is how I understood it!
This sponge is said to ensure a perfect look for your skin and you use the rounded side of the sponge to apply mousse and primer on the face. The soft tip is ideal for a more targeted application like around the eyes, nose and lips.
*Tinted Blur Mousse*
This mousse is said to cover redness and any skin irregularities. It also adds a fresh, matte complexion.
*Dr.Blur Smoothing Face Primer*
I really want to try this, it has a light texture and prevents makeup from setting in any enlarged pores or fine lines!
Extreme Blur Loose Powder
This is the only product I have tried from the collection and I loved setting my makeup with it. It does similar things to the primer and helps provide the skin with a “photoshop effect”.
Bam Brow (Limited Edition – end of September till mid of November 2018)
This trend reminds me of how Benefit promoted their eyebrow products! This trend includes 2 products and one of them I find to be very interesting!
*Brow pro pen*
This has a 2 in 1 solution to build dimension – it has a double-ended brow pen with a waxy texture and an oval mini brush to ensure the most natural results. I am intrigued to try this out!
Brow boost serum
So this I have been trying but I cannot really tell you if it is working as I have only tried it for a week and actually you should apply it once everyday but I kinda forget on some days. But it should create a fuller brow effect in just four weeks! This is the interesting product I was talking to you about!! Follow me on my Instagram/Facebook were I will share with you my experience after using this product for 4 weeks!
And those were all the products from Catrice that will be found in their Autumn/Winter 2018 collection!! Are you intrigued by any? Have you tried any? Let me know in the comments down below!
I also would like to thank Catrice Malta for the invite at the event and for the products!!
Sorry that this post was a long one but I had a lot to say!! Thank you so much for reading and for supporting me and my blog!
How are you all doing today? Hope you are all having an amazing week!
Today’s blog post is all about a new COLLECTION from 3INA. I have done several videos and blog posts about previous collections from 3INA! I love the creativity in which the products from 3INA help me explore. I love creating new looks with their fun collections and ironically the name of the collection I will be reviewing today is called Just For Fun!
You can visit 3INA right here – https://mt.3ina.com/mt and follow their social media to stay up to date with the brand.
3INA is an animal cruelty free brand and is based in a number of different countries! In Malta you can find 3INA at – The Point in Sliema, Valletta, Pama Shopping Village in Mosta and Qormi (next to Kiabi).
Here is the video I did showing you the products being applied –
This palette comes with six cute shades, perfect for Spring! I love the pastelshimmery shades! It is a hyper-pigmented palette and comes with shadows that are easy to blend! Perfect for Festival Makeup Looks!
I love the look I created in from my video! I mixed 5 out of the 6 shades to come out with a lovely, spring worthy look!
I love this eyeliner and it has become on my favourite eyeliner pens! It has a dual-width paddle applicator that helps with adjusting to different widths, allowing you to draw graphic shapes and bold designs.
Now I did not experiment with it like that , but I will try again soon! But I loved using it to create a simple winged eyeliner! I found that it made applying eyeliner even simpler!
This is a liquid highlighter with a pearly and luminescent finish. It gives out the cutest baby pink highlight shade ever! It blends nicely and gives out a dewy, ethereal glowthat can easily be blended with foundation for an all-over shimmer.
I loved using it as my cheekbone highlight but will definitely be using it on my collar bone in summer for that nice looking healthy glow!
How are you all doing? It’s a NEW week and my goodness days are flying by!! I am so excited to share with you this blog post today, it’s about one of my favourite drugstore brands and a brand that I have been using for quite a while now –Rimmel London.
I have been trying these out for a week now. I personally do not have much practice when it comes to contouring with cream products, but I tried. And I hope to keep trying to get better at contouring!
INSTA CONCEAL & CONTOUR PALETTE
We are first going to start talking about this Conceal and Contour Palette. It comes with 3shades – a concealer, a contour shade and a highlight shade. At the back of the palette, it gives you instructions on where to apply the three shades – very helpful!
This palette will help you sculpt and create a naturally flawless complexion with defined features. The best way to use this product is after you prime and apply foundation.
I followed the instructions of where to apply the 3 shades –
This product comes in 3 shades – Light, Medium and Dark. The one I have is the medium. At first I was sort of worried because being in Stirling, my Maltese complexion has gone – not that I was tanned before but I have always been on the fair side. But now I am very fair. But when blending out those shades, they really blended out well and I liked the finished look.
The highlight shade is very sheer and it isn’t that shiny highlight you would want. I liked the contour shade the most even though the concealer did blend out nicely under my eyes and once I set it with powder it didnotcrease and lasted all day!
INSTA DUO CONTOUR STICK
The second product I will be writing about today is this new Duo Contour Stick which comes with a contour shade on one side and a highlight on the other. I prefer this highlight shade to the one in the palette.
This product is perfect for contouring your cheekbones, nose and cupid bow. It provides for an easy application and defines facial features. I loved applying this to my skin, it is very creamy. The contour stick again comes in 3 shades – Light, Medium and Dark and I have the medium one. I applied this after I applied the shades from the previous palette but I have also used it on its own after applying foundation. I love how easy it was to apply the product and I prefer using this kind of cream contour product rather than a powder contour.
I like how they blend into the skin without any trouble and the highlight is very sheer but brighter than the one I mentioned above. It’s a perfect highlight for an everyday makeup tutorial.
And that was my review on these 2 brand new face products from Rimmel London!
Have you tried either one of the product? What did you think of them? Let me know in the comments down below!!
How are we all doing? I am coming back with another blog post! I hope you enjoy it!!
This time it’s all about a fairly new UK brand called Profusion Cosmetics. However, this brand has been in the US for quite a while so it is now branching into Europe!
To all my Maltese followers, at the time being the website doesn’t ship to Malta however, it will in the future. There are ways you can still order from their website like using Maltapost Send On instead.
They have a variety of products and lots of them come in box sets! The prices of these products are amazing!
So I would like to thank Profusion Cosmetics for these products!! I did a video reviewing an eyebrow palette and 2 eyeshadow palettes! You could see my first impressions and first reactions to how the products tested out right here –
And now I will give a review as I have been using them for the past week!
I love this Brow palette. First off let’s talk about the packaging. Both products that I will be talking about today come in this tin packaging which reminds me of the Naked 2 Palette from Urban Decay. I kind of like it and not like it because yes it has lots of different products but it can seem bulky and not that travel friendly.
But this BrowsCase has everything you need to create those perfect brows that you desire. It has a double ended brush with the brush to apply the eyebrow powders with (which is amazing) together with a spoolie on the other side. It includes a wax that helps you sit your brows in place. Then it includes 4 different brow powder shadeswhich is amazing !! And finally it also includes a highlighter you can apply on your brow bone and an eyebrow pencil to end the brow look!
I love this palette and doing my brows with all these products really helped with a quick and easy application! The powders work really well and I love the brush! This palette is perfect for beginners!!
I love this eyeshadow palette, it comes with both everyday shadow shades but then in the end it has darker shades which you could use for smokey eye looks! I loved these shadows, they blended nicely, they are so pigmented and they are not too powdery, there barely was any fallout from them being applied! The palette includes both shimmer and matte shades.
I simply love the finished look I created in the video and I also tried the palette off camera for everyday natural makeup looks where I mixed some of the lighter shades! But yeah it is a great palette and for only £7.95you cannot go wrong!! You get so much shadow shades!!
This palette is similar to the one above meaning the shadows perform the same. However, I LOVE the shades of this palette. They remind me of Modern Renaissance shades from Anastasia Beverly Hills! And this palette is so much cheaper and still performs well!! I love this and I loved mixing some of these shades with the Nudes Palette to create the look I created in the video. However, I have also used it on its own off camera and loved it nonetheless.
Similar to the previous palette, the shadows blended well, they were not powderyand they are so pigmented. The palette again includes both shimmer and matte shades and I love making my brush a little bit damp before applying the shimmer shades so to pop the colour up more of those shades! Love it!!
Anyways, so I wanted to come on my blog and create a post where I share with all, you my thoughts on Sleek products which are all cruelty-free. I have been using them for the past week since I received them! Before we start, a reminder that you can buy Sleek products either from Boots or Sleek’s website.
This foundation comes in several shades and the shade that matched my skin the most was LP02 which is a fair shade with cool pink undertones. You can find your shade of sleek foundations right here. This foundation stated that it was sweat-proof, oil-free and has a medium to full buildable coverage intensity.
My thoughts …
I personally loved this foundation as it gave me greatcoverage. I did have to use concealer for underneath my eyes and my imperfections but apart from that, it really set a nice makeup base to my look.
It has soft-focus powders which create a blurring effect and helps in reducing the appearance of fine lines. From applying this foundation, I immediately saw my pores decrease in appearance … so that’s a major plus for me! Also, because it is oil-free, it helped my skin remain shine-free. I also noticed that it lasted all day.
This foundation again comes in different shades and my shade was VF02 which is a fair shade with neutral undertones. This is a lightweight foundationwith a semi-matte finish. It has hydrating ingredients including lotus flower, bamboo and water lily extracts that help in leaving your skin flawless. Like the other foundation it has soft-focus powders that help in smoothing your skin.
My thoughts …
The Life Proof foundation I felt that you would use it on a night out but the Vitality Fresh foundation could be your everyday foundation. It is very lightweight and has quite light coverage but it is buildable. It is oil-free which I love as my skin requires oil-free foundations.
What I loved the most is that even after a whole day of errands my skin still looked the same from the morning, the foundation didn’t move around or get patchy, so it is very long lasting! I love this foundation too but for more natural makeup days.
Sleek has 10 different shades of blush in this formula, they are all highly pigmented, long lasting and give a dewy radiant glow. The shade I received is Rose Gold and OMG the pigmentation of it is UNREAL!
My thoughts …
When applied, it blended so nicely on my skin and gave me a gorgeous pink natural blushed look. I love the shade, it’s such a gorgeous rosy pink with gold shimmers! It’s ideal for all skin tonesand also can be used as a golden pink highlight. Oh, and I love the packaging of this cute blush, as it also comes with a mirror!
Sleek has 3 different shades of this contour kit and mine came in the Light one. You get a contour and highlight shade in this one palette. I love Sleek’s packaging and love how they put mirrors in these palettes.
My thoughts …
I love both the contour and the highlight. I first applied the contour shade to the hollows of my cheeks and the powder blended in nicely giving me a natural contoured look. However, I love the highlight shade that comes in this palette, it gives my cheek bonessuch a lovely glow!
I already have this palette in my collection and I think it was one of the first ever highlighting palettes I bought! I simply love it, this is what made me get into highlight! It helps enhance your complexionand helps add a radiant skin glow!
My thoughts …
The packaging of this palette, I mean yes it gets filled with my fingerprints but I simply love it! It is just so sleek! Even though it comes with a brush I don’t like using that one but I love using a simple fan brush. But, if you want the shades to be more intense I noticed that using the Real Techniques Setting Brush gives the shades more intensity!
My favourite shades are the golden yellow one and the one next to it which is sort of gold/peach-ish. I wish this palette came with names for the shades, because they deserve names as they are so amazing! You can also use them as shimmers on your body … perfect for the Summer months!
This is an ‘oxblood red’ or a vampy red that is perfect for the winter months.
My thoughts …
This shade required two coats and not one to get the intensity of the colour right. That is why I prefer the lighter shades from this formula. But it is a stunning vampy red that is perfect with a simple winged liner makeup look, such as the one I created, attached in these photos! You just have to be a little patient with this shade!
Happy Friday! I hope you are all doing great. Here in Scotland a storm is just making itself comfortable. I have been stuck in me little room, scared of going outside! But it’s ok because I have a NEW blog post for you all!
Today is all about the new Longwear Lipstick shadesfrom 3INA. I would like to thank 3INA Malta and Hudson Group Malta for these lovely lipsticks! 3INA is an animal cruelty free and paraben free brand, they have a variety of products and each come in every shade you can imagine!
The Longwear Lipstick formula provides us with a creamy application that leaves a gorgeous matte finish. I love the way the lipsticks dry on the lips, they are not sticky or drying and feel so lightweight on the lips. Nonetheless, they last all dayand the shades I have here today are perfect to end the Winter season with your lips popping an amazing colour!
They also come with an amazingapplicator that allows us to have a smooth and easy application. I have been loving these type of flat applicators right now! And just one last note before I tell you which shade is my favourite, I LOVE their smell, they just smell so sweet! I promise I am not lying!
My favourite is shade 520, it kind of also reminds me that Spring is right round the corner and I cannot wait to see if I can ever change me wardrobe here in Scotland. I know that if I were in Malta I would be preparing my crop tops and off the shoulder floral tops right about now! But I doubt I would be wearing those clothes any sooner in Scotland.
Anyways, here are the swatches of each the shades.
To see me swatch them on my lips then take a look at my video :-
Which shade was your favourite? Let me know in the comments down below!!
You could apply this strobe cream either before applying any foundation to give your skin a lovely natural glow or else you could just apply it as your cream highlight on your cheekbones. I have tried it both ways and found that applying it before anything else, really does help with giving a nicer glow to your skin and to your overall makeup look! It can be a little sticky but after setting your face with some powder, I think you will be all good!
The shade that I was sent was a banana shade and this meant that it kind of was too dark for me. I mean you could use it to help cover redness or set your concealer but I prefer to use light skin shades rather than yellow tones. But when I applied it underneath my eyes, even though I did not like the colour I still felt that it set my concealer right without any creases.
The Get Gorgeous Highlight range is so cute and pigmented from Technic. Pink Sparkle is literally a glittery pink highlight. I don’t like glitter sparkles in my highlight and I preferred the one that I will be mentioning next!
I prefer this shade from the Get Gorgeous Highlighter range for sure! I think this highlight during summer with your summer sun tan will look great. It doesn’t have any glitter specs running around but it just glides onto your cheekbone and gives you a pop of colour and a glow! You could also apply it to your collar bones! It works perfectly and isn’t patchy at all!
The scent of this spray isn’t that nice BUT I love the way it sets all my makeup. It just helps me makeup last all day and if you feel your skin tacky or sticky, this will help reduce that feeling. How it sprays is good too and so is the packaging but the scent I am not too keen on. I prefer this to the primer spray that I tried from Technic.
This palette has such lovely tones of browns and reds and matte shades as well as shimmer shades. You can create a number of looks from evening makeup looks to morning ones too! It is a perfect starter palette and it also comes with a double ended brush. One side is a blending brush which I loved using and the other side is a flat shaded brush which I am not too sure about! But this palette blends well, is not too powdery and lasts long!
I love this blush palette, honestly I do and out of all the products I will mention today, this has to be my FAVOURITE product out of them all!! You can mix different blush shades to create your choice of blush for the day. You have natural blush shades whilst you also have more intense ones. I found them to work well and apply well on my skin and they blended nicely too!
The wand of this mascara is great for gripping all your lashes and giving them volume. It doesn’t lengthen my lashes all too much but it does give them volume. It doesn’t transfer and it is waterproof! I love the packaging of it too!
I prefer this shade to the one I will be mentioning after this one! It is a little patchy if you are going to apply it on its own but I like applying it on top of a matte lipstick, I find the colour is much better than applying it on its own! It has a sweet smell and even though it is a gloss it isn’t that sticky!
Like I wrote, I prefer the shade Aphrodite, but this one I guess is a perfect colour for summer or for those festivals like Coachella! I think they will spring a pop to your makeup look!
And those were the products I had to review for today. If you want you could check out my video down below where I show you how these products applied and also some other products from the brand which I bought myself!
Have you ever tried Technic Cosmetics? What do you think of the brand? Comment down below!!
I know I haven’t written a blog post in a while but I was back home for Christmas and then once I came back to Stirling I needed time to adjust and I have some visitors with me so am trying to show them a good time in Scotland!
Nonetheless, here I am today with a blog post on Golden Rose Cosmetics. I would like to thank Beauty Cosmos Malta for the products and for giving me yet another opportunity to try out the products!
If you are Maltese like me you can purchase Golden Rose Cosmetics from Beauty Cosmos which is found in Fgura. You can visit their facebook page for more information.
The products I am reviewing for you guys today are found in the Metals Collection. I uploaded a video on Wednesday testing out all the products. You can watch it right here –
The products that I tried out are the following –
Golden Rose Lip & Blush Velvet Touch – Shade 02
This is a lovely lipstick and blush all in one. I loved applying it as a blush as it gives the cheek a natural pinky look. And it also blended nicely on the skin with my fingertips. I also liked applying it as a lipstick, it is very lightweight on the lips! It retails for €8.50.
Golden Rose Metals Matte Metallic Lip Crayon – Shade 02 and Shade 05
I loved these metallic lip crayons especially the one in shade 05! They are so easy to apply and so moisturising on the lips! I loved applying them on their own however, I also loved the look of them applied on a liquid lipstick. They retail at €6.50 each
Golden Rose Smart Lips Moisturising Lipstick – Shade 04 and Shade 12
These are again so fast and easy to apply. They are so soft and moisturising on the lips and have great colour pay off! If you are looking for that non drying lip product, I highly recommend this line of lipsticks! They retail at €7 each.
Golden Rose Metals Liquid Glow Highlighter – Shade 04 Sunlight
This is such a lightweight highlight. It blends nicely on the skin and creates a subtle glow. If you want a more intense highlight this may not be the one for you however it is quite buildable. But if you are like me I enjoy a more natural glow! This retails at €7.50.
Golden Rose Metals Metallic Liquid Eyeshadow – Shade 105 Mink
I liked using this all over my eye lid, it just makes your eye look pop even more. I found that blending it with my fingertips worked well. i just loved the effect it gave to my look.
Have you guys tried any products from Golden Rose? Comment down below!!
I really hope you enjoyed reading this blog post! Thank you so much for doing so!
Cannot believe that today marks the final day of 2017!! I wish you all the best for the New Year and be safe for this evening’s festivities!! Thank you to everyone who has supported me, without you all KezziesCorner wouldn’t be the same!! Love you all!!
This eyeshadow palette comes with 12 different shades. It’s a palette for those of you who are wanting a smokey shadowed look. I love how the palette includes lots of shimmer shades. The palette also comes with a double-ended applicator. I loved using the brush for my inner corner highlight.
I found the shades to be very pigmented, very smooth and quite blendable together. The colours are intense and the shades are crease proof and smear proof. The shadows lasted all day and I wet the shimmer shadows to intensify their effect and they worked out perfectly!
All in all it’s a cute little palette to have in your collection, perfect for a beginner starting in makeup and wants to enhance their smokey shadow looks.
I have tried these lipsticks before and also wrote a little review on them which you can read here.
However, I can add that I LOVE this shade, it’s a perfect red in the perfect formula. It lasts all day and doesn’t transferonto your chin whilst eating as it dries down completely matte.
It is also not a drying formula at all and it is very creamy! There are other different shades from this liquid lipstick line like nudes, pinks and a plum shade too! I really recommend these liquid lipsticks as I think they are one of the best ones found at the drugstore.
I love the concept of this lip topper. I applied this shade – Blush Gold – after Firestarter dried down. I applied it to the centre of my lips and then blended it out using my fingertips. I love the effect it gave and it is a perfect lip topper for the holidays!!
It isn’tsticky at all and it feels so lightweight! Love the effect it gave and it also made my lips look more plump!
I really liked the two lip products and using them with the Smoke Edition Palette helped me create a NYE makeup look perfect for this evening. What do you guys think? Comment down below and also tell me what you will be doing on New Year’s Eve!
